1. Introduction

Welcome to Being Social, a digital marketing agency specialising in online marketing services. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.


2. Services

2.1. Scope: Being Social agrees to provide digital marketing services as outlined in the mutually agreed-upon proposal or contract.

2.2. Changes: Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in adjustments to project timelines and costs.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Fees: Clients are responsible for paying all fees as specified in the proposal or contract.


3.2. Invoices: Invoices will be issued according to the agreed-upon billing schedule. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.


3.3. Late Payments: Being Social reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 10% per month.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. Cooperation: Clients are expected to provide timely and necessary information and resources required for project completion.

4.2. Approval: Clients must approve or request revisions to work promptly to prevent delays.


4.3. Content: Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content provided to Being Social for marketing purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights developed during the project shall remain the property of Being Social until full payment is received.

5.2. License: Upon full payment, clients will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information exchanged during the project.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term of this agreement.

7.2. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Being Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Government of India.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Being Social reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
